1. Students who are going to graduate in August 2012 should visit IT graduate school administration office(H-301), and fill out the form(~4/13).
※ Before you visit, you should know about your acquired credits(including this semester), pass/fail of graduate qualification exam and your language course, experience of oral presentation with your thesis and your research results(thesis or patent).

2. We'll have a conference for students who don't have any experience of oral presentation with their thesis.
  - When: April 19, 2012. 2:00 pm.
  - Where: H-110
  - How to: 15 slides / ten minutes
  If you already have any oral presentation with your thesis, you don't have to attend the conference, but you have to submit the documents to prove it.
※ The purpose of the conference is an "ORAL PRESENTATION IN FRONT OF OTHERS."??? It is just a presentation, not an examination of a paper. Thus, you have to make a speech in front of others(including 3 professors),?though your paper has been posted on the journal.
 
3. Schedule for examination of thesis

   1) Submission of required documents: 2012. 04. 16(Mon) ∼ 2012. 04. 19(Thu)
     <For Master's Degree>
    ⓐ http://itgrad.inha.ac.kr → 자료실 → “학위청구논문제출원양식”download?(20th line from  the  top) → fill out all the documents and submit them.
    ⓑ proof for research results and oral presentation of your thesis
        - Please offer me the proof that your thesis had been posted on a journal at least once.
       - Proof for oral presentation of your thesis, also.
    ⓒ Pre-paper(without hard cover) 3 copies

     <For Doctor's Degree>
    ⓐ http://itgrad.inha.ac.kr → 자료실 → “박사학위청구논문제출서류”download?(9th line from the top) → fill out all the documents and submit them.
    ⓑ proof for research results and oral presentation of your thesis
       - Please offer me the proof that?your thesis had been posted on an international journal at least once.
       - Proof for oral presentation of your thesis, also.
    ⓒ Pre-paper(without hard cover) 5 copies

  2) Submission of formal documents to prove your language ability
      - TOEIC 700↑, TOEFL 540(CBT 207, IBT 76)↑, TEPS 600↑
        G-TELP Level1 : 50↑, Level2 : 64↑, Level3 : 85↑
 * Please check the expiration date before you submit it.
 - Original one and its copy;?write your student number and name in the above.
 - If you are a foreigner, you dont' have to submit the documents that are mentioned above.
   Instead, you have to prove that you passed "Korean for Foreigners."

  3) Conference(those who need to attend): 2012. 04. 19(Thu)
      - Conference schedule is changeable.
  4) Submission of pre-paper(without hard cover): ~04. 27(Fri)
     - Master's Degree: 3 copies
     - Doctor's Degree: 5 copies
Please submit the required documents within the time mentioned.

4. Examination Fee for Your Paper(Thesis)
- If you are a graduate-to-be for master's degree, you should pay 90,000 won when you submit the documents you already had been required in.
- If you are a graduate-to-be for doctor's degree, you should pay 500,000 won when you submit the documents you already had been required.
